  • You say it's free... what's up with the $249 deposit?

The $249 is required as way of qualifying those who are serious and committed from those who just want a free website.  You will receive your deposit back in full based on sales at your store.  For example, if your store sells $300 in a month, you'll receive 10% ($30.00) of your deposit back as well as 15% ($45.00) commissions at the end of the month.  This will continue until you receive your deposit back in full.  From then on, you'll receive 15% commissions.

 

Deposit refunds will reimbursed after 6 months or $1,999 in retail sales... whichever comes first.

  • After I pay the deposit, how long until my FitProStore is online and open for business?

Once we receive your deposit $249 your FitProStore will be online within a week... or less!

  • How will my customers access my FitProStore?

The best way for your customers to access your FitProStore will be through a hyper link on your existing website.  If you don't have a website, the url will be www.yourname.fitprostore.com

  • Do I have to hit a sales amount each month?

Yes, but over time.  After six (6) months your FitProStore will need to start averaging at least $300 per month in retail sales.  We believe that if your store is not generating this minimal amount, you should probably not be in this eCommerce business.  Also, this is the minimal, break even amount it takes for us to maintain your store.

  • If I don't hit those minimums will I get my deposit back?

No.  Our goal is only to work with committed fitness professionals who want to build a strong, branded store.  If you don't think you'll hit those numbers, you should not apply.  However, if after six months, you wish to continue your store with no minimum salesrequirements, you may do so for a rate of $9.95 per month (hosting fee).

  • Can I add other products that you don't provide?

No.  Your exclusive branded site is for the exclusive branded products we produce on your behalf.  It is the only way we can guarantee and control the high quality of the products sold through this website.  And, since we handle all transactions and fulfillment, this exclusivity ensures your clients' satisfaction.  There are plenty of other web applications that can accommodate all kinds of different products.

  • Who establishes the prices?

We establish all retail pricing.  From time to time we will also create various "internet only" sales promotions to help stimulate sales of various products.

  • Can I sell products at my club and still have the branded FitProStore?

Yes!  In fact we encourage it!  Just think about this.  If you carry products at your physical facility, you'll earn the full mark-up and be able to sell at whatever price point you choose.  Meanwhile, you can simultaneously sell regionally and nationally through your exclusive website.  So, you actually have two revenue sources.

  • A link on your own websites

  • Links on all social media (FB, Twitter, MySpace, LinkedIn, Digg, Mixx, YouTube, etc
