This is a comprehensive, one-on-one, interactive "guided curriculum" that creates individualized protocol for each participant and serves as an educational curriculum to teach basic human physiology.

  Operations:

• Participant is provided a 1-hour fitness assessment/orientation including set-up on MediCorp Menu Planning System – followed by seven (7) 15-minute follow-ups (once a week for the next 7 weeks).  Note: One hour plus seven (7) 15-minute follow-ups equals 2.75 hours total labor. (See tutorials for software demo/tutorials)

• Participant is provided with a one-day menu plan and taught how to use his/her Menu Activity/Planner (MAP) Subscription  to create personalized menu plans - (See tutorials for software demo)

• Participant provided 8-Week Daily Journal.

• Participant provided nutrition and exercise Reference Manual

• Participant provided Menu Activity/Planner (MAP) Subscription

  Client Participation:

• Participant creates multiple personalized meal plans (at home) with the Menu Activity/Planner (MAP) Subscription   Menus will be reviewed together with staff

• Participant maintains daily tracking (nutrition / exercise) using the 8-Week Daily Journal as a tracking tool

• Participant reads assigned chapters in Reference Manual as assigned (chapter 1 .pdf).  

• Reference Manual Quizzes are optional.
